EVENT FLYER
THE CEREMONY OF ENOUGH
Tea. Silence. Sound.
An unhurried gathering for those tired of acceleration.
We sit together, share tea, listen to sound, and allow long pauses.
There’s nothing to learn, fix, or achieve. No experience needed. This is a space for presence without urgency — without performance.
Each sitting includes tea ceremony, extended silence, Himalayan singing bowls, and time to simply let things settle. We’ll close with a few quiet minutes to write, rest, or sit, however it feels right.
Small groups. Simple structure. Held with care.
Just us, together.
Enough.
The Ceremony of Enough: A Journey to Presence
…is a unique event designed to cultivate restfulness and presence in a world that often demands more.
By focusing on the simple yet profound practices of shared tea, silence, and sound, we create a space where participants can slow down and connect with themselves and others.
This gathering is an invitation to explore what it means to have enough, to be enough, and to find peace in the present moment. Our mission is to offer a refuge from the constant acceleration of life, encouraging attendees to listen deeply to their own needs and the world around them.
What to Expect During the Ceremony
Participants will be welcomed into a serene environment where the seating is thoughtfully arranged to foster a sense of community and shared presence.
The ceremony begins with everyone seated in a semi-circle around a central tea table, which serves as both an anchor and an altar. This arrangement allows for a fluid transition between seated meditation and reclining positions, accommodating the needs of each individual’s body.
Throughout the ceremony, attendees are encouraged to engage in deep listening, both to the ambient sounds and their inner reflections, creating a harmonious flow of experience.
The ceremony is designed to be a gentle journey, where participants can expect a blend of shared silence, resonant soundscapes, and moments of personal introspection.
The use of Himalayan singing bowls and ambient tones will guide the auditory experience, while the shared tea ritual offers a grounding presence. Attendees are invited to move between stillness and rest, listening to their body’s cues, and allowing the experience to unfold naturally.
The session concludes with a period of integration, offering time for reflection, journaling, or simply being present in the moment.
The Intention Behind the Ceremony
The Ceremony of Enough is crafted as a sanctuary from the relentless pace of modern life, offering a space where urgency is set aside in favor of honest listening and presence.
This gathering is not a performance but a shared experience where sound and silence become our guides. The intention is to create a meditative environment that honors the simplicity of being, allowing participants to explore what it means to be enough in this moment.
One honest question guides the experience:
What is enough for this season of my body and life?
